Someone needs to be congratulated on a great idea because in my case it is the answer I’ve been looking for... Keep up the good work and thank you for such sincere care and competence.

I thought I was healthy. Then I’m having a heart attack and bypass surgery. Now working with my Health Coach I’m staying on track and improving my health. I don’t ever want to be in that shape again.

My son has some developmental disabilities that I wasn’t prepared to handle. APS has worked with us and our doctors to find the right treatments and programs to help us all get better.

Taking care of my elderly mom wasn’t something I ever planned for…and I had no idea what I was doing. The EAP helped me find support in my community and has been there to assist along the way.

I was in the drive thru line getting fried chicken when my cell phone rang. It was my Health Coach! I went back and ordered a healthier lunch and called her right back. I’m stubborn, but I’ve changed a lot. My cholesterol is lower and I feel better.
