APSHelpLink™ is a comprehensive, online referral service that provides employees and their family members with support for a continuum of work and personal issues. In addition to articles, links and self-assessments, individuals can request professional advice from APS’ Ask a Pro service as well as locate an employee assistance program (EAP) or behavioral health provider in the community.

The Web site assists individuals:

• Locate a childcare provider for your newborn or preschooler
• Find a nursing home for your great-aunt who lives three states away
• Find a pet sitter for your Labrador
• Update your address online with the local motor vehicle department
• Research a disease’s symptoms and treatment options

• Online search – databases for child or elder care providers, adoption services, public and private educations institution and pet adoption organizations
• Resource library – thousands of articles, interactive tools and resources
• Learning Center – interactive self-assessments and personal plans
• Savings Center – information on savings of up to 25 percent on hundreds of name brands

• Skill Builders – Interactive courses on more than 60 personal growth and career development topics
