APS Healthcare offers diversified program design and administrative service solutions to individuals with developmental disabilities. The increase in Home and Community Based, Family Supported Living and Consumer Directed Services (HCBS) waivers have resulted in enhanced freedom of choice and quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.
